Hi, I'm Sarah!
Sarah here, Director of Christian Education at Hopewell Presbyterian Church in Huntersville. I have been blessed to be at Hopewell for two years now and so enjoy spending time your kids and teaching them about the love of our Savior.

I am originally from Illinois and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education at Western Illinois University. I have spent eight years in the public school setting, teaching elementary grades and middle school. (Math was my specialty!)

After moving to Charlotte, I couldn't silence that "still small voice" any longer that was calling me into ministry. I made the leap and started at Hopewell and also began to work on my Masters in Divinity at Union Presbyterian Seminary in Charlotte.

My God-given "super power" is working with children, writing curriculum, and generally spending time with our families. I can't wait to get to know you and yours! Feel free to reach out; I'd love to hear from you.
